1. Place Your Order: Fill in all required info and place your order. Please make sure to provide the correct contact email(ideally including the phone number too, so we can text update you in case we can't find you via email). Since this is a customized order, our design team will reach out to you via the email you provided to discuss design details within the same day.
2. Approve Your Design: After receiving your order, someone from our team will reach out to you to kick start the project. Usually in the same day or the next day, we send a digital mock‑up(done by real people, not AI). You can suggest changes, and we won’t make the order until you’re happy!
3. Production & Shipping: Once approved, production begins. From that point, it typically takes about 12-15 calendar days for your order to arrive. Need it sooner? Ask about expedited service.
